Commission a Custom Original Artwork

A commissioned artwork is more than a painting — it is a personal story captured on canvas.

Whether you would like a portrait, a meaningful landscape, a farm memory, or a special subject close to your heart, a commissioned piece allows you to own a one-of-a-kind artwork created specifically for you.

Each commission is carefully crafted with the same attention to detail, emotion, and authenticity found in all original works.

The Commission Process

1. Share Your Idea

Submit your request using the contact form below.

You can include information such as:


  • Subject or concept of the artwork

  • Preferred size

  • Framing requirements (if needed)

  • Any reference photos or inspiration

This first step allows us to understand your vision.

2. Consultation & Quotation

After receiving your request, we will discuss the details of the artwork together.

Once everything is confirmed, you will receive a formal quotation including:


  • Artwork size and specifications

  • Medium and format

  • Framing options (if applicable)

  • Estimated completion timeframe

Shipping costs are calculated separately and included in the final quotation.

3. Deposit & Concept Approval

To begin the commission, a 60% deposit of the artwork price is required.

Once the deposit has been received, an initial concept draft will be prepared.

This may include the canvas preparation, base colour palette, and composition layout of the artwork.

The concept draft will be shared with you for final approval before the full painting begins.

4. Creation of the Artwork

After concept approval, the artwork enters the full painting stage.

During this time:


  • Progress updates may be shared

  • Estimated timelines will be communicated

  • Careful attention is given to ensure the artwork meets the agreed vision

Once completed, the remaining balance will be settled before shipping or collection.

Commission Policy

To ensure fairness and commitment to each commissioned project, the following terms apply:


  • A 60% deposit is required before work begins.

  • Once the artwork reaches 60% completion, the commission becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.

  • After the concept draft has been approved and final painting begins, cancellations or refunds will no longer be possible.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or shipping.
